When this video first came out, we jokingly talked at work about making all potential clients watch it before working with them.
Yes, a great video, but so close to reality it's funny in an unsettling way.
Holy cow, deja vu all over again. As a former supplier to the automotive industry this is like a nightmare coming back to haunt. Good find.

Hi, Kirk, this was funny stuff, but not Ha Ha funny.
The first video made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I loved the part where the chef came out to see what the problem was. I worked in a tavern while I was in college. If those customers had tried it where I worked, the chef would have a rolling pin in one hand and a knife in the other!
The second was extremely irritating to me, since I've worked at a couple of places like that during my corporate days. Let's just say that it no wonder that our electric bills are so high, given my experience at a large utility company. This one hit way too close to home...

Kirk- This made my morning! Having worked in retail for over two decades, all I can say is this was right on the money. We frequently had customers who would question our pricing as though they had the right to decide what value our work had. Drove me nuts. The sad thing is that it happened again yesterday... but the upshot was that I laughed as it was going on. Totally laughed out loud and called them on it. Asked if they were willing to endure the same behaviour from their boss... how about working for a week and getting paid for one 6 hour day, and then being asked to cover their own benefit costs? They didn't think it was nearly as funny as I did.

Thank you for sharing this. Chase Jarvis has a similar posting this week from the Clients from Hell website. I shared this with all of my Photographer friends. Especially those willing to shoot and give away DVD's full of images for low cost.
