Evening report.

Dad is back at his Memory Care/Assisted Living Facility. My sister is in town handling stuff for the rest of the week. I made it back to Austin late this afternoon in a little over an hour. Can't wait for dinner with Ben and Belinda, with Studio Dog in attendance under the table, leaning on my feet and waiting to see if anything is left over for her. I was only gone since Thurs. but I think that dog used up all her saliva licking my face in welcome when I walked in the door....

Photo of Ben from 20 years ago.

Job on Weds. Stock sale today. Lunch with a best friend tomorrow. Momentary recovery.

Kirk, you and your family (yes even Studio Dog) are always in our prayers. We are going through much the same here. Made 5 return trips from Calgary to Didsbury last week alone. It seems to be that season in our lives right now.

Take care,

Eric

Glad you made it home in one piece.
There is almost nothing better than getting your face licked by a dog, well depending on what she last ate.

Glad things are looking up for your Dad. It's such a rollercoaster trying to help elderly parents. Hope things stay on as even a keel as possible.

Only just saw these last two posts. Take care of yourself and use these days to recharge.

Love these two photos too...

It is good to hear your father has made it through and getting back to more familiar surroundings. Will pray that he settles back quickly and these attacks do not repeat.
All the best to you and your family.
