This is a wonderful photograph and, I think, an even better portrait. It also reminds me of a quote I read some years ago by Marc Riboud: “Taking pictures is savoring life intensely, every hundredth of a second.” His words somehow come to life looking at this image. Thank you for sharing it, Kirk.
