Interesting read. Also interesting is the difference in how people comment today. Most of the comments in that 12 year old post were more long form, more intellectual in many cases if there was a difference of opinion it was presented reasonably and without rancor. I'm guessing people responded using a laptop or desktop computer rather than a cellphone. Our cellphones are killing us in so many ways.
