One of the things I do miss about Austin is... the great cheese choices. Indy has no equilvalent.

I'm about to make you so jealous. About 90 min east of us is an artisanal cheese maker, mostly in the Dutch style but winners of an international prize for their blue cheese and winners of another prize for their aged cheddar. About halfway there is a good coffee shop in a small town to stop and refuel. Similarly, there's a sheep farm and artisanal cheese maker about 90 min west of us who use the milk from both their own and other's sheep (and goats, I think) to make several house-branded cheeses. And wouldn't you know it, along the way is the best coffee outlet and muffin maker in the area.
