That is a gorgeous camera, Kirk. My black M240 arrived today. Looks almost brand new. Waiting for my Voigtlander 50mm APO-Lanthar f2.0 from Cameraquest now.
Biro, I think you're going to love that camera and especially that lens. It's pretty fantastic. Grab a half case for the camera. Just a bit of protection. Here's the one I just re-ordered for this camera. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BZHW74S3/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1
Wondering where you find these beauties. It's been years since my first Leica...an M4 in 1969. Now I would like to make the jump to Leica digital. Since you seem to be very happy with your M240's, would you please tell me the name of the Leica dealer. I make this request because there seems to be a rather inconsistent evaluation of what defines good, excellent and mint in the market place. Let the buyer beware.
Mark, I totally agree. I'll buy new Leicas from any authorized dealer but I only trust the people at Leica Store Miami when it comes to used stuff. They don't accept trashed used cameras and many times they'll take in a good looking camera and send it off to Wetzlar/Leica for adjustments and CLAs. All but one camera I've bought from them came with all the original packaging and accessories. They are a joy to deal with.

I have no special relationship with this store. Here's the extent of our relationship. I see a camera I want. I order the camera. I pay them full asking price. They send me the camera. They follow up to make sure I'm satisfied. End.
It was introduced in 2019. It has double the buffer at 2GB. Rumored, but hard to confirm anywhere, that it features a more advanced imaging processor and a slightly different sensor stack (the glass in front) than the original M240. I bought this one because it's perfectly mint and very, very low mileage. And, to be honest, I love the finish.

Just curiosity, how is this different from the M240s you have other than the beautiful anthracite finish?

On the occasion of Valentine's Day, I could fall in love with that camera :)
A Valentine's Day love letter to a camera.
