Funny you should write that, Michael. This was shot for a poster. It was some odd size like 16 x 30 inches and I was shocked when I saw the final printed piece. It was amazingly detailed and the quality was much like I would expect from one of today's high megapixel cameras. I like cameras with good, low ISO performance because that's where I work most of the time and it's on when the ISO creeps up that the problems really seem to start creeping in....
Your S2Pro image is, well, exquisite; the camera and photographer both shine here. I so wish that we ยต4/3 users had an ultra-smooth ISO 25 camera. Olympus and Panasonic saddle us with the relatively noisy ISO 160/200 base. That is such a creative and image quality barrier on occasion. Of course, a good neutral density filter can get us to the ISO 25 exposure equivalent, but does nothing for the noise floor.
I re-read what I just wrote above, and I sound like a photo techno geek. Where is my Kodachrome 25?

Wasn't the S2 Pro supposed to be the "end all be all" camera for skin tones? What is the camera that now holds that title?
Still Fuji for skin tones, in my humble opinion.
Great lighting! I think that is what makes this photograph sing.
Proving once again: it ain't the megapixels, it's what you do with them.
