Ahh. The thrill of being an American. When your lunch weighs more that your camera and lens something is definitely out of whack.

As a practicing cardiologist I would go out on a limb and say that stress probably kills more people than their diets. But then I think people crave food like this because they are so stressed. A little quiet time and some attention to relaxation would go a long way toward both ending diets like this and dropping dead at inopportune times.
ReplyDeleteOK, we really don't need that much meat! I vote with Anonymous, we eat this way when we are stressed or upset.
