Sure makes me happy to get flesh tones just right.
It all starts with good custom white balance. Correct exposure helps too...

It makes me glad I use a calibrated monitor too. I wasn't immediately impressed on my macbook and so I checked it out on my monitor -- an excellent image in every way!
