More water under the bridge. Hello to 14,000,000 pageviews.

Seems Zany Crazy to Me But We Just Crested the Fourteen Million Mark for Pageviews here at the Visual Science Lab. We've given Kirk Tuck (creative content creator, photographer and writer) a few hours off and we'll let him start his late night shift a few hours later than usual to mark the milestone.

We have some interesting news coming up later in the Summer about online education. Stay tuned for the announcement in the late, sizzlely part of the Summer. We're in massive pre-production at this point. Maybe that's why Kirk seems a bit scattered and more prone to write in the third person...

Let him know that 14 million pages eyed is no mean feat by writing him a random comment below. He'll appreciate it at five when we give him his cup of instant, decaf coffee, an old donut and his assignment for the day tomorrow. Every little bit helps.

Congratulations! Keep it going, Kirk. The video project described in the last post should have been enough to kill the average person in that climate. Obviously, like the children of Lake Wobegon you're all far above average.

Online education. Now you're talking.

Congrats on the page views. I seem to recall reading your post about one million page views not all that long ago.

That online-education comment has me intrigued.

You asked for a random comment...

Thanks for playing :)

Kirk you have disproven that a thousand monkeys on a thousand type writers will produce Shakespeare. Sometimes it just takes one! :)

Seriously though, congrats on the 14 million mark. After more than 20 years of being exposed to the Internet it still never ceases to amaze me (in both good and bad ways). Thankfully for all the dark cess pools on it that abound there are counter balancing sources of light, so don't under estimate the value of positive influence.

Congratulations! Your last post on helping with the sand video shoot was great and I found it really interesting. And I'm not really all that interested in making video. In the same way, I wasn't all that interested in portraits when I started reading your blog. Your writing has the ability to suck me in even when its a subject I don't think I'm interested in. Keep it up!

(Is commenting about one post in the comments section of another random enough?)

Whoa..Does it seem like it was only a short period of time ago you were musing about "Blogging" yourself on the big wide web? Still reading and still enjoying the ride. Congrats!
