God save us from those people who need to read, hear and do everything by the numbers. They have no idea about art. They are giant sponges sucking the spilled fun off the linoleum floor of life...

No leftovers??? Must have been a darn good roasted chicken.
People who do everything by the numbers would never suck anything off a linoleum floor. That is something only artists would normally do, or more precisely, expect their common patrons to do. Unless there is money to made by so doing, in which case artists would disdain the activity, and people who do everything by the numbers would shove them out of the way to get their tongues down and dirty first.
DPR's M43 forum has become quite a troll fest. It's not so much about numbers people or gear heads versus artists really. There are people there trolling for the sake of trolling. Too bad, because some of the discussions on there were so good.

I take it the roasted chicken was so good that that's why it's missing in the photo. Great use of negative space, by the way.
A beautiful chicken indeed!
Thanks Kirk for all the posts during the year, they are appreciated. Enjoy the holidays.
Cranky today...??
I have seen the roast chicken. And I believe.
Art!!
LoL! I'm going to quote that last line.
Kirk:
God save us from literalists on the web!
Save the turkeys for tomorrow and eat them!
I understand what you're saying and keep coming back to your blog to enjoy the great images and your spin on life.
Holiday cheers to you and yours,
Alan
