You should do smallish prints (6x8?) of a curated set of Austin-under-construction photos that you've taken. Put them in a box, and in some 50 years or so when someone is sorting through your estate (I'm pretty convinced you'll outlive the majority of your readers, regardless their current age) someone will uncover them. You'll become some combination of Evans and Eggleston, your work heralded for the revival of real color and the documentation of Austin during The Great Transformation. Your work will hang in museums and the walls of well healed hipsters in towering Austin condos that overlook the Robert Mueller Spaceport.
We Moderate Comments, Yours might not appear right after you hit return. Be patient; I'm usually pretty quick on getting comments up there. Try not to hit return again and again.... If you disagree with something I've written please do so civilly. Be nice or see your comments fly into the void. Anonymous posters are not given special privileges or dispensation. If technology alone requires you to be anonymous your comments will likely pass through moderation if you "sign" them. A new note: Don't tell me how to write or how to blog! I can't make you comment but I don't want to wade through spam!
