Looking back at some of my D80 shots.....they look pretty good. I can’t conjure up any memory of why this camera fell rapidly into disfavor among the bloggerati. Was it just that the D90 signified some technical great leap forward?
I still use my D80 regularly. It has amazing colour saturation. The matrix meter is not up with the best nowadays but I just switch it to CW and it works as well as my good old F6! Yeah sure, it doesn't have infinite megapixels, which seems to be the gauge for "good cameras" nowadays. Like, I care? :)
